Terms of Service

Introduction

This document (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your use of the WandrLyst mobile application ("Service"). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms have the same legal effect as an agreement signed by you. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service in any way.

Service Description

WandrLyst is designed to assist users in selecting travel destinations, finding points of interest, and compiling itineraries. It provides information such as travel advisories, weather conditions, business hours, and public holidays to facilitate travel planning.

Subscriptions

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

WandrLyst offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features of the Service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

Payment and Billing

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscription prices are clearly displayed within the app prior to purchase and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, though we will notify you of any price changes in advance in accordance with applicable App Store policies.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate as your existing subscription, unless otherwise notified.

Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to premium features until that period expires. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period.

Free Trials

WandrLyst may offer free trial periods for certain subscription plans. If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Details regarding available subscription plans, including their titles, durations, and pricing, are displayed within the app on the subscription purchase screen.

Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms by actually using the Service. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Terms as presented herein. You may not accept these Terms if you are not legally entitled to use the Service under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or resident, or if you are not of legal age to form a binding agreement with us.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to upload any illegal content to the Service, including but not limited to pirated documents or content that infringes on intellectual property rights. It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant WandrLyst a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

Prohibited Uses

The Service may not be used for any unlawful activities or to solicit others to perform illegal acts. Misuse of the Service may result in suspension or termination of your access.

Limitation of Liability

WandrLyst is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and guarantees. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada for any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
