Questions about billing
- What happens when I reach the free limit?
- Nothing disappears. Your trips, your places and your itineraries stay exactly as they are. The free limits are on the AI work itself: five extraction runs per trip, and the first day of each itinerary built for you. Premium lifts both and removes ads.
- What does Family Sharing cover?
- One subscription covers everyone in your Apple Family group. Each person gets their own trips and their own AI sessions — nothing is pooled or shared unless you invite them to a trip.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Yes, from your Apple ID subscription settings. The change takes effect at your next renewal date.
- How do cancellations and refunds work?
- Cancel any time in your Apple ID settings and you keep Premium until the period you’ve paid for ends. Purchases go through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us.
- Do I need Premium to plan on the web?
- No. The web beta signs in with the same account and follows the same limits as the app. Anything you build in one shows up in the other.
- Why is the price different where I live?
- Local prices are set by the App Store for each region and include any applicable tax. The price you’ll actually pay is shown before you confirm.
